矢井田瞳、3年2ヶ月ぶり＆移籍後初アルバム『VIVID MOMENTS』発売決定

待ち望まれた3年ぶりのオリジナルアルバム! 自身の結婚、出産、そしてデビュー10周年を経て3年ぶりにリリースされる通算8枚目のオリジナルアルバム。疾走感溢れるロックサウンドから、グッと来る感が沁みるミディアムテンポバラード、ミディアム・グルーヴで横揺れな楽曲まで、シンガーソングライターYAIKOのレンジの幅の広さとキャッチーな楽曲の数々を実感できる作品。全11曲収録。 初回限定盤のDVDには、2011年1月20日 なんばHatchで行われた10周年記念ライブから、シングル曲「Simple is Best」含む代表曲を抜粋したライブ映像 (30分〜40分程度予定)を収録。

Pop-rock singer Yaida Hitomi will be releasing her first full album in over three years!

Yaida’s upcoming album will hit stores on May 18th, approximately a month after the release of her newest single “Doujou Mitai na LOVE” on April 20th. The album is titled “VIVID MOMENTS” and is said to include everything from up-tempo rock songs to heart-piercing, medium-tempo ballads to songs which rely on a horn section to create a unique groove. All of tracks are said to allow listeners to appreciate her broad range of styles and catchy, yet creative work.

The limited edition of the album will contain footage from her “Yaida Hitomi 10 Juunen Kinen Gentei Live ~Tadaima, Arigatou~” live performance, which was held back on January 20th.

Yaida Hitomi has also announced that she will be embarking on a nationwide tour titled “Yaida Hitomi LIVE TOUR 2011 VIVID MOMENTS” in order to promote her new album. The tour will begin on June 17th in her hometown of Osaka.



そしてさらに、ヤイコは6月より全国ツアー＜矢井田 瞳 LIVE TOUR 2011 VIVID MOMENTS＞開催も合わせて発表している。ツアー初日は、6月17日。地元・大阪だ。
