歌手の和田アキ子（６０）、女優の綾瀬はるか（２５）ら約２７０人のタレントが所属する大手芸能事務所「ホリプロ」が１７日、東日本大震災の被災者のために義援金５７５０万円を寄付したことを発表した。

堀義貴代表取締役（４４）をはじめ社員、所属タレントが「考えるよりまず、できることからやっていこう」と決め、同日付で提供した。

また、和田の名曲を基金のタイトルにした「あの鐘を鳴らすのはあなた基金」を設立。所属タレントからの寄付金と合わせ、集まった基金をすべて日本赤十字社を通じて被災地の復興資金に充てる。１９日から、所属タレントが義援金の協力を呼びかける映像を動画チャンネル「ニコニコ動画」「ＹｏｕＴｕｂｅ」内で配信する。

振込先は三井住友銀行目黒支店（普通）７１１９５５９「あの鐘を鳴らすのはあなた基金」。６月３０日まで。

Horipro is an entertainment agency with around 270 talents under its wing. On the 17th, the agency donated 57.5 million yen (~709,205 USD) to disaster relief for Great Tohoku Earthquake.

Representative Director, Yoshitaka Hori (44), stated to everyone in their agency, “After thinking about it, we’ve thought of something we can do, so let’s do it”.

The agency formed a foundation titled “Ano Kane wo Narasu no wa Anata Foundation”, named after Wada Akiko’s famous song. All of the agency’s talents donated to the foundation and it will be used as disaster relief through the Red Cross of Japan.

Starting on the 19th, the company will be uploading videos to “NicoNico Douga” and “YouTube” encouraging people to donate to the foundation.
The payment can be made through Mitsui Sumitomo Bank Meguro Branch 7119559 “Ano Kane wo Narasu no wa Anata Foundation” (あの鐘を鳴らすのはあなた基金) until June 30th.
