On February 22nd, Rainbow’s Woori celebrated her 24th birthday in the middle of a street.

Because of the girls’ busy schedule (with a recording for MBC’s “Bouquet” and several late night college events), they found time to celebrate after 10:00 PM. Returning to Seoul, the girls realized what time it was and afraid that they were going to miss Woori’s birthday completely, they decided to go ahead with the party right there in the middle of the street.

With their pre-prepared cake in tow, they gave Woori a surprise, and had an unforgettable impromptu party.

Woori commented, “I thought we wouldn’t be able to celebrate because of our busy schedule, so I was very thankful for the members’ care. Having my party outside in the middle of a street was both unique and fun.”

After completing their “A” and “Mach” promotions last year, the girls have been busy attending college events, which has now earned them the honor of being the #1 most invited celebrity guest.

MBC將播出“偶像田徑游泳大賽”特別編輯版，Rainbow花樣游泳完整版公開
7人女生組合Rainbow在MBC“偶像明星田徑游泳錦標賽”被剪掉的花樣游泳表演終於可以完全展示出來了。

MBC決定於2月27日播出“偶像田徑游泳大賽”的背後故事特別編輯版節目：“偶像田徑游泳錦標賽 未完成的故事”，其中就包括完整版的花樣游泳表演。Rainbow為此次表演曾特別租借室內游泳場並邀請前國家隊教練指導練習了4個月，因此短暫的放鬆分量導致很多粉絲表示遺憾。另外，這次特別節目中還將公開男女混合400米接力、跳高等未播出的節目和其他幕後故事。

The full version of Rainbow’s synchronized swimming performance (which was previously cut off in the original broadcast of MBC’s “Idol Star Athletics & Swimming Championships“) will finally be aired!

On February 27th, MBC will be airing a special behind-the-scenes program about the athletics event, titled “Idol Athletics & Swimming Championshions – Everything that was not said.”

Many fans expressed their disappointment earlier this month when they discovered that Rainbow’sfour months of the effort were wasted with a seconds-long appearance on the show. In order to console their fans, members Jaekyung and Woori revealed rehearsal clips through their personal mini-homepages.

In addition to the full synchronized swimming clip, MBC’s special will also feature the 400m co-ed relay, the high jumps, and other footage which weren’t able to make the original cut.
