After School has kicked off their Japanese advancement in a big way by guest-featuring on Namie Amuro’s new collaboration album!

Namie Amuro is a famous Japanese artist who’s considered to be the ‘Queen of J-pop’. After School is the only K-pop artist listed in her album, which has generated high interest from both the Korean and Japanese media.

The album also features contributions from AI, CHEMISTRY’s Kanabe, Yamashita Tomohisa and many more.

Representatives of Pledis Entertainment commented, “Namie Amuro’s representatives have taken a high interest in After School for some time now, and offered this collaboration opportunity. After School participated in utter secrecy in Japan, and completed their music video recording. ‘Make It Happen‘ is an addictive pop track that aims to entice listeners into a world of dreams.”
The full collaboration album and music video will be released on March 23rd.
