As January 27th has hit Korea, the girls of Jewelry have made their long awaited return with the release of their digital single “Back It Up.”

Former Jewelry stalwarts Seo In Young and Park Jung Ah left the group in 2009, and Jewelry picked up two replacements to revitalize their group. Although none of the original members are left, these four ladies hope to make this comeback successful.

Park Jung Ah, Seo In Young pay Jewelry a surprise visit in support of their first comeback stage

Singers Park Jung Ah and Seo In Young paid a surprise visit to the new Jewelry generation, as the group prepared for their first official comeback through SBS’s “Kim Jung Eun’s Chocolate“.

The drop-in wasn’t planned in their schedules, but the former Jewelry members wanted to show their support for their dongsaengs.

Surprised by their visit, the four were said to have immediately burst into tears because of the sweet gesture.

Jewelry commented, “We were all very nervous because it was our first comeback recording, and we had no idea that they were coming. We felt so strong having them there with us, and we’re very thankful to the unnis for giving us so much strength. We’ll be repaying their support by showing great performances to carry on the name of Jewelry.”
