Jewelry, who added two new members for their special comeback, revealed their album jacket image for “Back It Up“!

Their title track, “Back It Up,” is described to be an upbeat rhythm with an upgraded ‘Jewelry-style swing’. The jacket cover reflects the song’s ’swing’ flavor, as it utilizes a base of black and white; the ladies are also seen with charming ribbons in their outfits, which gives the concept a ‘cuter’ feel.

Star Empire representatives revealed, “Through the release of their album jacket picture, we showed off a modern cuteness to the girls’ overall image.”

They continued, “Their next release will show off yet another charm, giving fans the joy of anticipating what they’ll be coming up with next. There will be plenty to look forward to, their performance style is not only impressive visually, but shows off a jazz style popular in the ’30s and ’40s.”

They will be releasing their digital single on January 27th.



Jewelry reveals their fourth member through a unique puzzle game

Jewelry has finally unveiled the identity of their fourth member!

She was briefly seen in ‘Part one’ of the group’s comeback teaser (released earlier this week), but fans were able to find out for themselves who the mysterious fourth member was, thanks to a unique marketing tactic by UFO Town.

On January 18th, fans could literally match up the pieces to a ‘Jewelry Puzzle Game’ in order to find new teaser images and a 20-second audio preview of the group’s comeback track.

They discovered that the fourth member’s name was Kim Yewon. Born in 1989, she was a Star Empire Entertainment trainee for four years.

Netizens commented, “It’s so unique how they came up with the idea to reveal their new member through a puzzle game,” “The game and song are both so addicting,” and “I’m looking forward to the two new members!”

Jewelry will be making their comeback on January 27th with “Back It Up.”
