Looks like Jewelry will finally be making their comeback. Star Empire (Jewelry’s label) has revealed that a comeback may happen as early as the end of this month or November. The comeback which was initially planned for August, then later delayed to September, will now finally be happening, or so they say.

Star Empire stated,

“Park Se Mi has been training with the two original Jewelry members (河珠妍 하주연 Ha Joo Yeon(Baby J) and 金恩靜 Kim Jung Eun).


If things work out, at the end of this month or next month, the new Jewelry will release their new album and officially debut.”

Park Se Mi was a TOP10 contestant on last season’s Superstar K. Still no news on the other new member, but Star Empire is excited about the new Jewelry as they will be returning with a fresher and younger image with their new members. Seo In Young and Park Jung Ah who left the group last year are currently busy working on their solo careers.

With that said, Park Se Mi is looking great in the photos above!

박세미 Park Se Mi of Superstar K joins Jewelry

For god knows how long, we’ve all been awaiting for senior girl-group Jewelry to pick their replacement members ever since the beginning of 2010. Fans were already aware that two new members will be joining Jewelry much soon, to replace Park Jung Ah and Seo In Young who’ve bid their farewells to the group in early January.

Today, it’s been announced that Park Se Mi has been chosen to be Jewelry’s newest member. For those who don’t know, Park Se Mi has gained much fame for her participation in Superstar K Season 1, as one of the Top 10 finalists.



A related source revealed,

“Park Se Mi is flawless to become Jewelry’s new member. Not only is she talented, but she is very passionate. She is currently going through preparations with Ha Joo Yeon and Kim Eun Jung.”

In addition, Star Empire Entertainment tells us that Jewelry will be “reborn” with brand new members to officially make their comeback as early as this August. The company also indicated that one more member will be added soon.
