The 4-member girl group comprising of Hyojung (leader), Dasom, Bora and Soyu had made their first appearance last month in Céci, for a street 便裝 casual brand, FUBU.



Say hello to K-pop's newest girl group, Sistar! Signed to Starship Entertainment, the 時髦trendy girl group is formed by Bo Ra, Hyo Lin, Da Som, and So You, who underwent over two years of vocal and dance training. Even before their debut, the group was paired with Jang Geun Suk for a major Samsung Yepp ad campaign and the Magic Drag CM song. Sistar's debut is bound to be big as they've got none other than Brave Brothers producing their first single Push Push, a funky dance song that the girls match with funky retro looks. The single also includes the songs Here we come and Oh Baby.







SISTAR’s agency Starship Entertainment stated,

“SISTAR is a girl group who has skill and style with their eccentric music, choreography and fashion. They will create a new culture code as they will be a style icon to the age range of 10-20.”

SISTAR (씨스타) wins ‘Rookie Of The Month’ just 1 month into debut

4-member girlgroup SISTAR is said to have won ‘Rookie Of The Month’ award by Cyworld Digital Music Award just 1 month into their debut. This was announced by their agency on 6th July.

The girls debuted on 3rd June with the song ‘Push Push’ and the song had gone up to the #1 spot on realtime music charts quickly. Even now, the song is also doing up strong on various music charts.

SISTAR said, “We are very thankful for receiving the award. We will not forget what we are always fighting for and will continue to work hard.”
