Today, Kuomintang legislator Chiu Yi went down to the Control Yuan to lodge a complaint against judge Chou Chan-chun for releasing former Chen Shui-bian without bail. When he exited, he ran into a group of Bian supporters. One of those people managed to snatch Chiu Yi's hairpiece, so that his bald head was exposed. The attacker was quickly subdued by the police and taken away. The crowd booed the police and said: "How can the police do that! Why are you arresting him? Release him, release him!" It took a while before the police car could depart with their arrestee. According to information, the attacker is the president of the Tainan Friends of Bian, and he came to Taipei with Chiu Yi's itinerary on hand.

(TVBS) Chiu Yi said, "I found that this is the greatest mockery on democracy. I found it quite unbelievable." Will he sue? He said: "I am thinking about it, but I don't know who this person is.
