After a long few months of waiting, the lovely Rainbow girls are finally back on this afternoon’s Music Core with promotions for their latest mini album, “SO女“.

Rainbow has teamed up with Japan’s Daishi Dance for their comeback title track, named “To Me“, and it has Daishi Dance’s trade mark, emotional and moving piano melody, complemented by a catchy dance beat that has definitely caught on the interest of fans of dance music.

To top it off, Rainbow’s strong and powerful vocals and sentimental rap lyrics complement perfectly with the flowing piano melody and house beat, making it an even catchier song to listen to.

Rainbow's 趙玹容Hyunyoung is the new promotional model for the Lotte Giants

Rainbow’s maknae Hyunyoung has been selected to be the promotional model for the Lotte Giants!

In celebration of the event, Hyunyoung personally handed out autographed Rainbow CDs with the messages, “Lotte, winning this year no matter what ^^” and “Please become the hope to Lotte” to every member on the team.

DSP Media revealed, “She’ll be going down to Busan soon to participate in the games. Hyunyoung can often be seen practicing her pitch on the lawn in front of the company building.”

Hyunyoung is also busily promoting her group’s comeback through various music shows and events.

Like many things, Rainbow’s impressive return with their latest track, “To Me“, wasn’t done without some sacrifice. Fans were stunned by the photos recently shared by the girls through their official Facebook page, which revealed the strenuous effort they threw into their comeback preparations.

Yoon Hye can be seen with bandages all over her foot due to cuts from rehearsing in heels. Jaekyung, Woori, Ji Sook, No Eul, and Hyun Young can also be seen either dozing off or grabbing whatever sleep they can. Hilariously, Hyun Young is pictured hugging a fan while sleeping because of her high body temperature from the long hours of rehearsing their choreography.

Ever since they set up their Facebook page, the girls have been busily updating it and conversing directly with their fans. They commented, “It’s amazing that we’re able to converse so freely with not only our Korean fans, but our international fans as well. We feel a lot more responsible to do better. Thank you so much for worrying over us. We’re all having a lot of fun promoting.”
