The Official Link For The qitian Town Government Website

Yesterday, Deyang city citizen Mr. Chen reported that the Mianzhu city people's government website has a link to a pornographic website. According to Mr. Chen, he entered the Mianzhu city government website and proceeded to the link to Qitian website (www.mzqitian.com). In front of him popped up photos of nude women which were "very pornographic." The accompanying text was in Japanese. The links to other towns were normal though.
The reporter contacted the department in charge of website administration for Mianzhu city. The reply was: "I don't know why this is happening. I will contact the town government to see what is going on." When the reporter called back again, the response was: "The town government's domain registration had expired. Because they did not renew, the domain was taken over by a pornographic website."
When the reporter went back to check the Mianzhu city website, the link to Qitian town was deleted. But the Qitian link continued to link to the same Japanese pornographic website. According to information, the Qitian town government is "dealing with the case right now."

昨日，德陽市民陳先生報料稱，綿竹市人民政府官方網站上存在黃色網頁。據陳先生介紹，因查詢資訊，他進入了綿竹市人民政府官網公眾資訊網，當他點擊頁面上“綿竹市鄉鎮”欄目中的“齊天鎮”時，出現在他眼前的居然是暴露的美女畫面，“內容很露骨，也很黃色”。
昨日下午3時許，記者登陸綿竹市人民政府官方網站公眾資訊網進行核實，發現果然如陳先生所言。在齊天鎮的連結頁面上，記者看到，位址欄裡還是齊天鎮政府的網路位址：www.mzqitian.com，但內容卻與齊天鎮的政府工作沒有任何關係，取而代之的卻是多幅不堪入目的赤裸女人畫面，並配以大量的日語文字說明。記者再點擊有連結的其他鄉鎮，顯示的都是正常資訊。
堂堂鎮政府網站竟然有不雅照片?記者隨後致電該網站主管部門綿竹市人民政府辦公室瞭解情況。
聽記者介紹完情況後，政府辦公室工作人員立即登陸網站查看，回復是“不知道為什麼會出現這樣的情況。”他同時表示要聯繫齊天鎮政府詢問相關情況。下午4時許，記者再次致電綿竹市人民政府辦公室。辦公室工作人員說，他們已經詢問了齊天鎮政府，“出現這種情況的原因是鎮政府網站網路功能變數名稱到期後，還沒有來得及續費，有不法的黃色網站利用了齊天鎮的網路功能變數名稱。”
隨後，記者又致電為綿竹市人民政府公眾資訊網作技術支援的四川德陽瑞德資訊網路有限公司。一名工作人員解釋說，“綿竹市人民政府公眾資訊網一直就沒有齊天鎮政府的網路連結。”當記者再次登陸綿竹市人民政府公眾資訊網時，發現齊天鎮在棉竹市人民政府公眾資訊網的連結已經被人刪除。但記者發現，功能變數名稱www.mzqitian.com仍然還是充斥著黃色畫面的網站。據瞭解，齊天鎮政府部門目前“已經著手處理此事”。
