She’s a veteran in the Japanese music industry, and this year she celebrates 20 years with a Premium Live and new album next month.

Mizuki Alisa debuted in the industry with “Densetsu no Shoujo” (Legendary Girl) on May 15th in 1991, and with an album titled “Arisa” that same year, she peaked at #8 on Oricon Charts. Since then, the singer has released 28 singles, the last being “Engaged” in 2008.

Next month on June 5th, she will be holding a premium live,”The SpeciAlisa Day“, at Akasaka Blitz, and before that, she will release a new album titled, “SpeciAlisa“, on May 25th.

The album will contain songs written by some of her closest friends and the industry’s most famous song writers. Artists who contributed to this album include Yoshida Miwa (lyrics), Nakamura Masato (music), DREAMS COME TRUE, Komuro Tetsuya, JIN, BONNIE PINK, Kawamura Yuka, Kishitani Kaori, Ozaki Ami, Ozuma Sumitada (Kishidan), WISE & Tarantula from Spontania, lecca, 369, Micro from Def Tech, and Koizumi Kyoko (lyrics) & Ohashi Trio (music).

Alisa is also holding a 20th anniversary album release event with 50 lucky fans on May 15th, and the names of the winners were randomly chosen from entries on her official website. The event will be held at Shibuya eggman and she will do a talk in addition to singing five songs.
