Somewhat unbelievably, Sophie Ellis-Bextor‘s ludicrously delayed ‘Make A Scene’ album may actually be on the cusp of release…in Russia! Numerous Sophie spies insist that ‘Make A Scene’ drops there on Monday (18th April), which seems rather strange, but we’re glad that SEB is finally getting her material out there somehow.
