In commemoration of the release of their first original album on April 6th, AKB48 will be having a huge handshake and photograph event. This event will be held three times at Chiba’s Makuhari Messe on May 1st, May 8th, and June 19th.
AKB48 won’t be the only one’s participating though, but the whole 48-family will be in attendance. That’s right, AKB48’s 1st generation through the 12th generation, SKE48’s 1st generation through the 4th generation, SDN48’s 1st generation through the 2nd generation, and NMB48’s 1st generation will be participating in this large project.
大島優子遭遇變態粉絲 握手會粉絲先消毒

據香港媒體報導，日本人氣偶像組合AKB48一姐大島優子前晚旋風襲港，早前有狂迷揚言要以“精液手”在昨天下午的握手會活動中襲擊優子，所以大會規定每位粉絲握手前需以消毒液清潔雙手，再加以四名保安保護她，令活動安全完成。
AKB48一姐大島優子無懼狂迷“精液手”恐嚇，昨天由十多名工作人員陪同下，出席在商場舉行的握手會。大會發言人以“禽流感肆虐”為由，要求每位上台握手的粉絲先接受消毒液清潔雙手，再在握手前被大會保安檢查，方可接觸優子。
見慣大場面的優子面無懼色，全程面帶笑容，在四名貼身保安護駕下逐一以雙手與粉絲相握，盡顯大將之風。全場有千人粉絲到場支持，以男性居多，大多斯文有禮，很守秩序，最後握手活動在個多小時後順利完成，大會表示已派過千握手券，但沒有為狂迷一事報警，不過記者發現現場有女警員巡邏。
港fans熱情直接
活動從下午三點開始，當AKB48最受歡迎歌曲《Heavy Rotation》響起，全場粉絲立即進入狂歡狀態，大喊AKB48演唱會專用“MIX”口號，再以大合唱歡迎優子出場。優子以一身獨唱專用的白色毛毛套裝現身，先以廣東話向大家打招呼，再唱出她的首本獨唱名曲《笑中有淚》。
活動前，大會安排優子在AKB48專門店接受訪問，但拒絕發問有關“精液手”狂迷的問題。問到對香港印象，第一次來港的她說：“來之前想像不到是怎麼樣的，但其他成員說香港的東西好吃，我吃了很辣的米線和小籠包，真的好好吃。(覺得香港fans怎麼樣？)他們會好主動熱情地說喜歡我，但日本fans就不會那麼直接。(這次一個人來會不會不習慣？)不會，但會緊張fans的反應。”問到她最喜歡的隊友，她表示首推她的密友、現排名第七位的小□陽菜，因為她們同年，有很多話題，是交心的好友。
說到結婚問題，優子說：“現在都是工作為重，先不想，希望四十歲前結婚。(生子？)想生三個，男女都無所謂。”

仲川遥香（１９）と菊地あやか（１７）
AKB48 members Nakagawa Haruka (19) and Kikuchi Ayaka (17) participated in a DVD sales commemoration event on February 24th at the Shibuya Tower Records store for their movie, “X Game”.
Even though it was a horror movie, the girls expressed how much they enjoyed working on it. Kikuchi looked back on the experience by saying, “The place where we filmed was so much fun.”
This movie was also the movie debut for Nakagawa, and when asked about it, she smiled and said, “Out of all the work I’ve done until now, this has been the most fun.”
AKB48 members battle it out in a burger shop for AKBINGO!

In this week’s episode of AKBINGO!, the girls of AKB48 dressed up as cute burger shop waitresses and competed against each other in a game of words.
During the show, the girls enter the “Battle Burger Shop,” where two teams compete to say words related to the keyword without saying the “NG word” (similar to Taboo) in a game of “Kotoburger” and collaboratively try to draw the best picture as the paper passes down the line.
