Popular actress Takei Emi made an appearance at a press conference for the new CM for “Sokenbicha” on February 17th.

This marks the fourth CM that Takei Emi has been involved with in 2011, showing the rampant popularity of the actress. Additionally, she is currently taking part as a narrator in one of the new CMs, which just started airing on the 16th, and she will also star in another version of a CM which will start to air in the middle of March.

The CMs for “Sokenbicha” has featured many famous actresses/models in the past, and Takei is the youngest actress to endorse for the beverage. Takei was chosen because she matches with the concept of the drink: fresh, healthy, and beautiful.

Takei commented on starring in the “Sokenbicha” CM, “I was surprised, but also very happy, since this is what I usually drink.”
