Actress Ahn Sun Young of “Dream High” has been earning the jealousy of netizens ever since she revealed that she kissed a 2PM member for three hours.
On the morning of February 14th, the actress wrote on her Twitter: “The only reason I was able to have fun while filming in the shivering cold was because I got to film a kiss scene for three hours with a ‘very beautiful male idol.’”
Netizens were able to narrow down the possibilities when she hinted, “In the daytime at two? Kya! It was even that person’s first kiss on broadcast! What to do, what to do!”
2PM’s Taecyeon tweeted back, “It’s not ‘Jin Guk’ or ‘Jason’… and Nichkhun already recorded for Romeo… Can it be? Is it by chance ‘that person?’ Gasp! For three hours? Blush blush!”
Netizens commented, “Which member could it be?,” and “Did Ahn Sun Young save a country in her past life or something?”
“Dream High” revealed the member to actually be 2PM’s Chansung, who will be making a cameo appearance in the episode scheduled for February 14th.
Chansung commented, “I was extremely glad to be able to participate in groupmates Taecyeon and Wooyoung’s ‘Dream High.’ Through a spontaneous suggestion of the director, I made a memory with Sun Young-nuna that I will never forget. Please look forward to my appearance.”

2PM’s Taecyeon and Nichkhun have teamed up for a special Valentine’s Day duet, exclusively for “Dream High“s 7th OST!
“My Valentine” boasts a smooth funk rhythm with lyrics about a man reflecting back on the pain of lost love, and in turn, treating the wounds in an effort to mature and grow. Interestingly enough, Taecyeon himself wrote the rap part in the song! Combined with Nichkhun’s smooth vocals, the harmony that the two have created is sure to melt the hearts of any valentine.

On February 14th, actor Kim Soo Hyun revealed his emotive ballad, “Dreaming“, for the “Dream High” OST.
The pop ballad is the collaborative work of creative producer J.Y. Park and music director Kang Dong Yoon, who worked to bring out ‘Sam Dong’s innocent charms and passion for music through the powerful orchestra and stirring lyrics.

Dream High features ‘offensive’ alcoholic shooters?

The fan favorite drama Dream High has been under the spotlight for the past few weeks for its star-studded cast list, but it looks like a few amused fans have noticed a few intriguing details completely unrelated to the storyline.
On the set of Samdong’s club scene in Episode 11, a list of ten shooters (alcoholic mixed drinks) is written on a large white board for 5000 won (~$4.44 USD). The list includes –excuse me for the language– “abortion,” “blowjob,” “brain hemorrhage,” “blue sky,” “Freddy Kruger,” “hard dick,” “quick fuck,” “rocket fuel,” “suicide” and “tequila slamma,” complete with the alcoholic recipes written on the side.
The hilarious part is that all of the shooters mentioned on the list are actual mixed drinks; as I’m sure our older readers know, it wouldn’t be difficult to find a bartender making these at bars, lounges or clubs in both the States and Asia. Furthermore, alcoholic drinks with offensive names are the norm, such as “pink pussy,” “slippery nipple,” and, my personal favorite, “sex on a beach.”
Although this only appears briefly and oblivious Korean viewers probably wouldn’t understand it anyway (after all, this detail was discovered by international fans — the screenshot was originally posted on Tumblr), it’s pretty surprising that something like this would be deliberately created for the set then put on broadcast. Yet despite its minuteness, I think it’s unnecessary to expose Korean viewers to such profane English words when it could be easily avoided. Props for the accuracy, at least!

Actor Kim Soohyun was interviewed for KBS2TV’s “Entertainment Weekly“, and was asked if he was close to any of the actors on “Dream High“. Curiously, the actor revealed, “I have a friendly relationship with Taecyeon.“
He explained, “Because we are in a love triangle with Hyemi (miss A’s Suzy) in the drama, I think our feelings are becoming sensitive” – revealing that he was able to befriend Taecyeon through working together.
Cheekily, the reporter asked him to chose between Suzy and T-ara’s Eunjung. Kim Soo Hyun sensibly replied, “I like Eunjung on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, I like Suzy.” He then added, “In the summers I like Suzy, and in the winters I like Eunjung.”
While Kim Soo Hyun’s character, ‘Song Sam Dong’, is attracting a strong female fanbase because of his dedication to love, Kim Soo Hyun himself is becoming wildly popular as he continues to show off his wit through interviews.
