We all know about Seo In Young’s passionate love affair with shoes, but she’s just announced that she’ll be taking on another love – handbags.

In March, Seo In Young will challenge herself to become a handbag designer for an ‘OnStyle‘ reality program. Joining the Jongno branch of Cheil Industries as their creative director, the singer will be working with their imports, specifically with items from French luxury brand, ‘Nina Ricci‘.

Her duties include finalizing a brand’s designs, and there’s talk of her designing her own bag as well.
A representative stated, “Because Seo In Young has always shown an interest for fashion, she’s excited for her role as a bag designer. She is enjoying herself since this is her first ‘work life’ experience.”

We can’t wait to see what a ‘Seo In Young’ bag would look like, but if its anything like the star, it’ll probably be glamorous and a bit over-the-top. Stay tuned to allkpop for further updates!

Seo In Young visits Paris for her designer bag project with Nina Ricci

Following the recent announcement of her becoming a project creative director for French designer brand, Nina Ricci, singer Seo In Young recently unveiled pictures from her trip to Paris through Star Empire’s official Twitter.

The pictures were taken during the recording of Mnet’s “Seo In Young’s Launch My Life“, a reality show that follows the star’s journey into the fashion business. Seo In Young is working towards designing a handbag that would best epitomize her style.

Lee Sun Young PD stated, “Despite her busy schedule, she is working hard towards a new challenge that could actually put her name on the line. We hope for your anticipation over what kind of trademark design she will choose for her new bag.”

The pilot episode of “Seo In Young’s Launch My Life” will be broadcasted on February 24th.
