此次大賽不僅是單純的選美，同時還檢查了目前正旺盛活動中的女偶像們的身體狀況，並通過她們傳達健康方面的常識。

Brown Eyed Girls的NarSha、Rainbow的高佑麗、SISTAR的寶拉和孝琳、T-ara的孝敏和智妍、Secret的善花、4minute的昭賢、 After School的嘉熙和Nana、金淑、張英蘭、李智慧、朴恩英、金朱莉等出演者，事先訪問醫院接受了健康檢查。檢查項目包括血液、全身x光、皮膚、脫髮、喉內窺鏡等等，可以看出一個人的基本健康狀態。以此為基礎，出演者還要進行皮膚、毛髮、S Line、肌肉、脊椎、健康常識猜謎、膽固醇、聲帶等多種專案的對決，決定最終的勝利者。這集節目將在2月2日播出。


KBS is holding the ‘Idol Health Beauty Contest‘ as part of the Lunar New Year programs to get to know the health status of female idol stars.

The ‘Idol Health Beauty Contest’ is a simple event that diagnoses the female idol’s health during vigorous activities.

Brown Eyed Girls’ Narsha, Rainbow’s Woori, SISTAR’s Bora and Hyorin, T-ara’s Hyomin and Jiyeon, SECRET’s Sunhwa, 4minute’s Sohyun, After School’s Kahi and Nana, Kim Sook, Jang Young Ran, Lee Ji Hye, Park Eun Young, Kim Joo Ri, and other females went to the hospital for a checkup prior to the events.

Some of the checkups include bloodwork, whole body x-ray, skin, hair, larynx endoscopy, and more. These results will serve as a foundation for choosing the health and beauty winner. The selection criteria will include skin, hair, S-Line, muscles, spine, health quiz, cholesterol level, vocal cords, and others.
