Kis-My-Ft2 to sing for upcoming drama, “Misaki Number One!!”

A new drama “Misaki Number One!!” will start on January 12th. Starring alongside main lead, Karina, are two of Kis-My-Ft2’s members, Fujigaya Taisuke and Kitayama Hiromitsu.
It’s just been revealed that Kis-My-Ft2’s song, “No.1~FIRE BEAT“, was chosen as its opening theme song!
“FIRE BEAT” is Kis-My-Ft2’s original song from 2007, but it’s never been released as a CD (it was though distributed through “dwango.jp” in 2010). They made a little re-arrangement in lyrics for the drama, and the title was also changed to “No.1~FIRE BEAT.”
Details on whether the song would have a physical release have yet to be revealed.
