After the departure of first generation leaders, 朴正雅Park Jung Ah and 徐仁英Seo In Young, girl group Jewelry has been stuck in a myriad of delays 一直停留在無數延誤for their pending comeback.
Jewelry’s comeback was initially planned for August, then was later delayed to September, November, and most recently the end of December. Now, it’s been revealed that the group will comeback next year.
A representative of Star Empire recently talked with Sports Today and stated that the group will comeback next year, the representative also stated that the group would retain the name of Jewelry. Last month, new member Park Se Mi posted on her minihompy, “Nu Jewelry coming soon” which sparked some rumors that the group was changing their name. However, it was recently revealed that after some internal discussions they decided to keep the name of Jewelry.
Jewelry currently consists of four members: two are already existing members, 河珠妍Ha Juyeon and 金恩静Kim Eunjung. The two new members consists of a past contestant of ‘Superstar K‘ Park Se Mi, and the final member is a trainee at Star Empire named Kim Yewon.
It seems like we’ll have to wait a little longer than expected to see Jewelry once again. Hopefully, there won’t be any more delays.
“New” Jewelry prepares for comeback this month

A new, younger version of Jewelry has just begun preparations for their official comeback to the industry.
According to Star Empire, Jewelry is planning to release a new album by the end of this month and will be greeting their fans in the new year.
The group took on a unique concept with the exit of the group's first generation leaders, Park Jung Ah and Seo In Young, leaving only their juniors, Kim Eun Jung and Ha Joo Yeon.
“Superstar K2” contestant Park Semi joined the group the second half of this year, along with a final member who will be revealed once the album is officially released.
Representatives of Star Empire revealed, “The new Jewelry meant to release their album this fall, but wanted to spend more time preparing in order to live up to expectations. The production of their album is nearly completed, all we have left are the finishing touches. We request your interest and support for our new Jewelry.”

Jewelry 回歸的同時要改名了，有點出乎意料。
公司明星帝國表示：“我們會在Jewelry中加入一名新成員，如果動作快的話，計畫在12月3日回歸。”
公司還說道：“新的Jewelry將由4名成員組成，兩名現有的成員河珠妍金恩靜，一名是‘Super Star K’參賽者朴世美，最後一名成員將是現在公司裡的練習生。新組合的名字還沒有決定，但是我們認為將使用和‘Jewelry’相近的名字。”
另外，朴世美最近在迷你主頁中寫道“新的Jewelry就要來了”，也證明了年末的回歸。
Jewelry已經不是第一次更換成員了，加上這次的新人，從2001年組合成立以來共有10人是Jewelry成員。一直以來，Jewelry的名字都沒有變過，也可看作明星帝國的一種戰略，如今看起來公司決定要進行改變了。

新加入的成員也是兩位，所以就會一如當初的有四位團員～而新增成員的其中一位就是Super Star K的第六名 朴詩米(박세미)
公司明星帝國也表示:朴詩米已經確定加入Jewelry成為新成員。朴詩米在音樂上的能力和潛力非常適合成為Jewelry的一員。而最近他也與其他成員一同進行練習。另一位新增成員是從練習生當中挑選的，目前還沒有任何資料。

Jewelry’s Ha Joo Yeon and Kim Eun Jung have transformed into CEOs for their online shopping mall MODN.
Joo Yeon and Eun Jung have been well-known as fashionistas in the celebrity realm.
They recently opened up an online shopping mall called MODN and will be working alongside the Korean clothing business, APM Korea.
They are displaying their unique fashion through this online shopping mall by personally hand picking the items and coordinating them.
The online mall has garnered hot attention from netizens, especially through MODN’s promotion video arranged by a professional staff.
Customers have commented, “Fashionable group Jewelry,” “It’s good to see a different side to them from before,” “Ha Joo Yeon has extreme honey hips!”
As soon as they opened the online shopping mall, Jewelry explained their purpose, “This mall is not only intended to promote using the celebrity’s name but it also an attempt to experiment with the blend between fashion and art.”
Looks like their business is off to a great start!
