Famous Hello!Project producer and former Sharan Q member, Tsunku, has announced that he will be releasing his first solo single in almost eleven years. The single, titled “To You,” will hit shelves on December 29th.

The last solo single released by the producer was “TOUCH ME” back in 1999. This new track is a collaboration between himself and rock musician Nakajima Takui, who composed the song while Tsunku penned the lyrics. “To You” will be a song that spans generations due to the age differences between the collaborators; it’s been revealed to be a beautiful ballad for women.


Tsunku will also be releasing a ‘premium MAXI single’ as a part of a promotional effort with Shinseido record stores. The company sought his help for their “iPop” program, since he is the godfather of the Hello!Project and NICE GIRL Project! groups.
