2004年與前成員多保孝一組成Superfly，2007年在日本華納音樂以單曲「Hello Hello」正式出道，同年11月，多保孝一宣佈退出，女主唱越智志帆繼續以「Superfly」名義進行個人活動。

2008年日本樂壇最優黑馬Superfly，其團名由來是取自美國黑人靈魂傳奇歌手Curtis Mayfield的1972年同名作品“Superfly”。Superfly於2007年在日本華納音樂以單曲「Hello Hello」正式出道。
