On Friday night we followed Dalston’s cool kids to Wah Nails for the first playback of Uffie’s debut album ‘Sex Dreams and Denim Jeans‘.

22-year old Uff made her name on the French electro scene back in 2005, though the intervening years have seen her sound grow to encompass a chic 80’s influence (most notably on her fab Siouxsie Sioux cover.)

We got our nails did as the open bar flowed, and a good time was had by all. Well done, Uffie.
