　　近日，張韶涵新歌《白白的》甫一曝光，就有歌迷提出，該歌與加拿大搖滾公主艾薇兒的《INNOCENCE》極為相似，有抄襲之嫌。這是繼母女反目成仇後，近期內在張韶涵身上發生的第二個風波，令其本人和唱片公司頗感頭痛。

　　歌迷指出，兩首歌曲無論在整體風格還是副歌旋律上都極為相似，尤其是張韶涵唱到一句 “你是無形的傷口”時，轉音唱法和《INNOCENCE》中的“I NEED U”一句更是一模一樣。對此，有人專門對兩首歌曲做了對比。兩首歌同為抒情搖滾，而在轉音處也的確有相似之處，不過有人指出，在張韶涵這首新歌的企劃案中就明白地寫著“重金跨海啟用艾薇兒專屬樂手班底”，不可能還故意抄襲艾薇兒，讓人輕易就抓到把柄。有歌迷猜測，可能是因為啟用同樣的班底，所以在風格上難免會有相似。

　　《INNOCENCE》是艾薇兒2007年的作品，是她宣告走出灰暗青少年時期，邁向新生命的代表作之一。而《白白的》講述的也是一個追求內心純粹的主題，兩首歌曲從主題上也存在著很大的雷同。

　　據悉，張韶涵近段時間來風波不斷。對於此次質疑，福茂唱片表示，“每個人對音樂的感覺都是主觀的，我們基本上覺得兩首歌不像，但是也尊重每個人的品位與感受，這次被拿來作比較也證明了大家注意到張韶涵的音樂，我們花了1年8個月來籌備這張專輯。 ”

　　儘管發片期遇上家務事纏身，福茂還是宣佈，張韶涵的新專輯全亞洲的銷量已經突破了20萬張，而廣告商也表示全力支持，下半年將有4支廣告播放，力挺張韶涵。
