An attorney for Lindsay Lohan is calling the actress’ weekend arrest warrant stemming from a 2007 DUI conviction a “misunderstanding.”
“Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the court,” Lindsay lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said in a statement Saturday, referring to the star’s 2007 conviction for driving under the influence. “The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week.”
A hearing on the mater is set for Monday morning in a Beverly Hills courtroom. “The judge apparently has indicated that Ms. Lohan should be in attendance,” L.A. DA spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said Saturday.

追星網TMZ.com引述不具名消息來源說，琳賽蘿涵酒精教育課程的代表昨天通知法院，琳賽蘿涵沒有遵守緩刑條例，且觸犯的條例與參與課程有關，而非酒精測試。
知名好萊塢網誌作家培瑞斯希爾頓（Perez Hilton）宣稱收到琳賽蘿涵抗議這張逮捕令的訊息。

The Beverly Hills Police Department issued a warrant for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest on Friday.
Lindsay was involved in two separate DUI incidents in 2007. According to the Beverly Hills Superior Court, Friday’s warrant stems from the actress’ DUI and hit-and-run case nearly two years ago.
Lindsay is currently serving a three-year probation term for her second DUI conviction.
The police statement reads as follows:
“A warrant was in fact issued Friday for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The circumstances leading to the issuance by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Ms. Lohan will surrender herself so this matter can be resolved in at timely manner.
