Solange - SoL-AngeL and the Hadley St. Dreams [Retail]
This isn't the first time Solange tried to break out as a solo artist. She released her debut album "Solo Star" back in 2003 and lets just say it wasn't the best way to start out. About 5 years have gone by and she's already been married had a child and has still managed to keep busy. I wasn't really thrilled when I heard she was getting ready to release a sophomore effort. But when hearing first single "I Decided" I was pleasently surprised and was interested to see where she would go from there. She didn't deliever a album we expected with top notch producers and radio friendly tracks. Instead she delievered an album with her own style inspried by jazz & soul music. As well as incorpating a 60's feel throughout her look and album. I'm looking foward to whatever else she has in store for us. So deff check this out and BUY YOUR COPY AUGUST 26TH!!
