性感歌手嚴正花歷時2年8個月後終於發行了她的首張Mini專輯。從出道開始一直就打性感招牌的嚴正花說：“每當聽到有人評價我是韓國的麥當娜時我都覺得我應該更加努力。隨著年齡的增長我通過舞臺表現著所經歷過的、愛情、痛苦等。我的性感與比我年小的歌手的性感是完全不同的。”
最近在綜合娛樂頻道tvN成立舞台上嚴正花穿著前所未有的性感服飾演唱了新專輯主打歌《DJ》，那場演出後網路一片譁然。對此，嚴正花說：“總之我對人們這麼關注我心情很不錯。以後我還會帶給大家我的這個服飾概念。”
在釜山國際電影節期間嚴正花憑藉電影《歐若拉公主》獲得過影評獎女主演獎。她說：“拍完電影《Mr.Robin追求記》後我簡短了頭髮開始錄製新專輯，真的感覺又回到了歌手的身份。很長時間以後再次站在舞臺上我很激動。”

Here is Uhm Jung Hwa performing her song "DJ" and "D.I.S.C.O" with help from CL and T.O.P(Big Bang). I thought that she performed well for both but I didn't like hair for the "DJ" performance (pic above). The "D.I.S.C.O" performance was cool because I liked how they setup the stage but some of it was live and pre-recorded and they kept switching back and forth which was making it confusing.
