這張是波蘭年僅16歲的小天后推出的首張個人專輯Higher，原名 Ala Boratyn 的她原先是組合 Blog 27 的成員之一，在歐洲地區和日本極受歌迷的歡迎。這張專輯標誌著她的技藝走向成熟，同時她又加入到了一些曲目的創作中，可見Ala的多面型，專輯中最後3首是以波蘭語演繹的歌曲，值得一聽。

'Angel' is Ala's first solo single. I personally think this's a song of huge potential, it's so fresh and I really like the little touch of RHCP to it. Video is cool as well.

second song from her solo album I like much is 'Higher' it's really original with some ska or reggae touches even.
