Kelly Chen (陈慧琳), is a Hong Kong Cantopop singer and actress. She is also credited as Chen Huilin, Wai-Lam Chan, Kelly Chan and Wai Lun Chen. Kelly Chen wasn't previously implicated in Edison Chen sex photos scandal, but since she once collaborated with Edison Chen in the advertisement, naturally, the new racy photos surfaced will be connected to the 911 of Hong Kong showbiz along with Rainie Yang.
