Amy Winehouse dominated the Grammy Awards Sunday night. She took home five awards including record of the year, song of the year, best new artist. Amy performed “You Know I’m No Good” and “Rehab” via satellite during which she called out for Blake, her incarcerated husband. She also called out to him during her acceptance speech.

"I can’t believe I’ve won five awards,” she told the intimate crowd, including her mother Janis, father Mitch and older brother Alex. “It’s a shame I couldn’t be there to accept the awards but I’m so proud and happy that I had the opportunity to perform for the Grammys in my hometown of London with my family and friends around me. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ”

Amy’s idea of performing is to bounce around and wiggle her knees while waving her hands in the air. It’s like she’s trying to shake her tampon loose. Which, if you think about it, would have been pretty cool since the Grammy Awards seems really boring. I’d rather be dragged through a field of cactuses than sit through this.

艾美懷絲 葛萊美獎連拿5獎

雖因申請赴美簽證遭拒而趕不上參加典禮，但吸毒負面新聞不斷的英國女歌手艾美懷絲，仍然是今年葛萊美獎風雲人物，連續拿下五項大獎。饒舌歌手兼製作人肯伊威斯特也獲四獎，年度最佳專輯最後則落入賀比漢考克的手中。

在今年葛萊美提名名單上，肯伊威斯特以八項入圍領先所有藝人，艾美懷絲則有六項提名。Foo Fighters樂團、賈斯汀分別獲得五項提名，蕾哈娜也有四項提名的好成績。

肯伊威斯特入圍獎項包括以「Graduation」入圍年度最佳專輯，與艾美懷絲的「Back To Black」爭奪大獎。不過，「兩強相爭」的結果，最後這項葛萊美最高榮譽卻爆出黑馬，由賀比漢考克的「River: The JoniLetters」出線。

賀比漢考克在領獎時說，葛萊美史上第一次也是唯一一次由爵士藝人拿下年度最佳專輯，距離現在已經是四十三年前的事了；今晚他能獲獎代表「不可能也能變成可能」。

近幾個月來吸毒、持有大麻被捕等負面新聞不斷的艾美懷絲，由於申請赴美簽證一度遭到美國駐倫敦大使館拒絕，使得她來不及參加這項樂壇年度盛會，今晚也只能透過衛星連線的方式在典禮上演出。

不過，艾美懷絲僅管缺席，卻仍然是今年葛萊美的風雲人物，拿下包括年度最佳唱片、年度最佳歌曲、最佳新人、年度最佳流行專輯、年度最佳流行女歌手共計五個獎項。

對於肯伊威斯特來說，過去短短幾個月內的人生境遇可謂充滿起伏。對他音樂事業具有重大影響的母親，去年十一月因為手術併發症突然過世，遭逢母喪打擊的他則在葛萊美提名名單上獲得八項入圍。

肯伊威斯特從出道以來就一直受到葛萊美矚目，二零零四年他首次推出專輯就一口氣獲得十項葛萊美提名，隔了一年之後又在葛萊美獲得八項提名。

今年肯伊威斯特八項入圍的表現再度令人刮目相看，今晚他抱走了最佳饒舌專輯、最佳饒舌歌曲、最佳饒舌個人演出、最佳饒舌合唱演出四個獎項。

上台領獎致謝詞時，肯伊威斯特也特別提到他的母親。他說：「我知道您要我成為世界級的頂尖藝人，媽，我會繼續讓您以我為榮」。

年度最佳唱片入圍的有蕾哈娜「Umbrella」、碧昂絲的「Irreplaceable」、賈斯汀「What Goes AroundComes Around」、Foo Fighters「The Pretender」、艾美懷絲「Rehab」，最後是由艾美懷絲風光勝出。

年度最佳歌曲入圍包括凱莉安德伍德「Before HeCheats」、Plain White T's「Hey There Delilah」、肯妮貝兒「Like A Star」、艾美懷絲「Rehab」、蕾哈娜「Umbrella」，今晚得獎手氣極佳的艾美懷絲也是輕鬆獲獎。
