之前因有DJ捨不得自己的作品未獲選入凱莉米洛的新專輯，造成凱莉米洛未收錄的新歌，意外在網路上流傳，還成為搶手的下載歌曲，讓英國EMI唱片高層，對全球所屬分公司下達最高保密令，針對凱莉米洛的新專輯「X」，卯足功夫、保密防諜，防止再有任何一首新歌提前走漏，嚴格的程度，連凱莉米洛的親妹妹都不放過。
雖然專輯歌曲被嚴密控管、不准外流，但凱莉米洛新專輯「X」的專輯封面，倒是搶先曝光，只見焦點全在凱莉的臉上，凱莉本人的名字LOGO還跟專輯「X」，互相融在網狀的眼影裡，凱莉小露香肩、朱唇微張的樣子，更是性感十足。台灣唱片公司也預定25日全台首播凱莉首支單曲「2 Hearts」的音樂錄影帶，歌迷也能見到久違凱莉的翹臀和完美身材。
