If you thought that Britney Spears didn't have enough going on in her life, Brit's now been charged in her August 6th hit and run!
Our friends at TMZ report that the Los Angeles City Attorney filed one count of hit and run causing property damage and one count of driving without a valid California license, on Friday. Both charges are misdemeanors, each carrying a maximum of six moths in jail.
Reportedly, a letter was sent to Britney notifying her of the charges and the Britster's arraignment is scheduled for October 10th.
You probably recall the hit and run accident that occurred in L.A. in a parking lot, but if you need to jog your memory!
