AKB48’s sister unit SDN48 held a release event at Yomiuri Land for their 2nd single “Ai Juseyo” which was released back on March 23rd. All 35 members attended the event, and they performed a total 5 songs in front of around 3,000 fans.
The event started with “Awajishima no Tamanegi” by Under Girls B, Nishikunihara Reiko followed performing “Ai yo Ugokanaide” solo, and 12 Senbatsu members also sang “Ai Juseyo.” Member Sato Yukari thanked the fans for helping “Ai Juseyo” achieve No.1 on Oricon’s daily chart, and No.3 on its weekly chart.
At the end of the event, all 35 members performed AKB48’s song “Dareka no Tame ni” which is a charity song for disaster relief.
