Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue collaborated on a song with M-flo rapper VERBAL in support of Japan and its efforts in rebuilding itself after the tragedy that hit last month. Their collaboration song is titled “We are One” and can be seen through Youtube.

At the beginning of the video, Minogue gave a short message for the Japanese people. She recalls upon how Japan has always been good to her during her visits and explains that she recorded a song with VERBAL to support everyone. While telling people to listen to the song, Minogue also encourages people to make donations to help Japan.

At the end of the video, Minogue and VERBAL left written messages for viewers to see:

“We extend our heartfelt sympathy and condolences to all who have been affected by the Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami, and we truly hope for the recovery as soon as possible. Let’s all help rebuild the country together!! This collaboration single “We Are One” was especially written deep from our hearts thinking about everyone in the Tohoku regions. We’d strongly like to continue supporting for the future of Japan.”
