Okinawan band BEGIN recently held a live concert to celebrate their 20th debut anniversary. The concert was held on March 5th at the Budokan, and 8,000 fans were there to help celebrate with them.

This concert is the last leg of their tour, and the concept of the concert was “A Reunion for the People of the 21st Century.” Vocalist Higa Eisho (42) shouted out, “This is a reunion for the people of the 21st Century! Let’s have fun together!”

With a red and white curtain as the backdrop, they opened with “Washi no tori bushi” and sang about 26 songs, including their hit single, “Shimanchu no takara.”
