7人組合Rainbow在MBC春節特別節目“偶像明星田徑游泳錦標賽”中表演了水上芭蕾，但是辛苦4個月練習的表演只播出了40秒。最近，Rainbow公開了練習時的視頻。成員金在京和高佑麗在迷你主頁上寫道“Wow，她們令人驚訝的游泳實力，Rainbow太酷了”，並上傳了練習時經紀人拍攝的影像。

這次突然公開的影像是為了滿足粉絲們希望看到完整版本的要求，視頻中，Rainbow成員在水中配合默契，消化了高難度的動作。隊長在京表示：“這是粉絲們想看到的我們水中芭蕾未公開的練習影像！！請不要為放送中沒有出現太長時間而惋惜，節目有自己的標準，沒關係。但是希望大家通過這個視頻可以看到我們的努力。”

Rainbow為了此次的表演特別借到室內游泳場，在忙碌的日程中抽出時間進行了4個月的練習，並邀請前韓國國家隊教練進行指導。結果7名成員展示了夢幻般的氣息，表現了不亞于選手級別的實力，李教練也表示：“7名成員全都進行了刻苦的練習，雖然時間很短，但是她們以驚人的學習能力消化了複雜困難的動作，很了不起。”

Idol group Rainbow recently received some flak for being overly sexual in their synchronized swimming performance on MBC’s “Idol Star Athletics & Swimming Championships.”

Due to the slight controversy surrounding their short broadcast time, Rainbow has recently revealed the hidden cuts from their synchronized swimming segment on MBC’s Lunar New Year program, “Idol Star Athletics & Swimming Championships” for their fans.

Through their own mini-homepages, members Jae Kyung and Woo Ri wrote, “Wow~ The amazing swimming skills of the ladies~ Rainbow is cool cool~” and surprised fans by uploading footage taken by their manager during their swim rehearsal.

The video was uploaded due to the immense request from fans, who were unable to watch the full cut due to time shortages on the actual broadcast.

Jaekyung wrote, “This is the synchronized swimming video that our fans wanted to see~!! Please stop being disappointed in not being able to see us for that long on broadcast. The broadcast had their own reasons, so we’re okay. But please check for yourselves if we worked hard through this video.”

The girls had practiced for nearly four months for the special, and their coach, Lee, further revealed, “The seven members worked extremely hard, and despite it being a short time, they learned quickly and were able to pull off complex moves perfectly. I’m very proud of them.”
