Can you believe it? Katy Perry's hit single "California Gurls" spent a fourth week at the coveted top spot on Billboards Hot 100. The #2 spot belonged to Eminem's "Love the way you Lie." The fact that her song is #1 is a testament to the whacked out status of pop music.
